TAHOE: LOST AND FOUND

Last year during the Angora Fire, the community of South Lake Tahoe experienced devastating losses. During that time we also found amazing strength in our community. After a year of putting everything back together we found that $2000 worth of library books were lost in homes that burned in the fire. Funding is not available for replacement so Tahoe Arts and Mountain Culture has joined with the Underground Artists to create TAHOE: LOST AND FOUND - a summer of art shows and community events to raise money to replace library books lost in the fire. Many businesses and groups are putting together events and specials to raise money for this worthy cause. My goal is to donate $500 to Tahoe: Lost and Found from all sales and workshops from June 18 - September 19, 2008. See what's available at Faery Medicine.
